When will my order ship?*
Jewelry and Small Wall Art orders are processed within 3 business days of receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Large Wall Art orders are shipped through a shipping courier, and the the timeframe for receiving your artwork is coordinated with Lindsey Packingham Mosaics when discussing the shipping quote. The agreed upon shipping fee will be billed in an invoice (separate from the artwork purchase price) and must be paid in full prior to shipping. Preparation of the piece for shipping may take up to 3 weeks. This allows time for meticulous, custom packaging of your order.
*Minor adjustments may be made to these timeframes while we’re traveling or away the studio. Any adjustments made to normal shipping times will be clearly stated in an announcement bar, displayed at the top of the website.
Purchasing Large Wall Art?
Shipping and delivery methods are customized for each piece to accommodate size, weight, and overall construction. All custom packaging, and custom crate building, if necessary, are fulfilled by Lindsey Packingham Mosaics or a shipping courier. Purchase of any Large Wall Art includes free shipping.
How will I receive my order?
We take great care in personally and delicately packaging your purchased items.
Wearable Jewelry art and Small Wall Art orders will arrive to you via USPS Priority Mail (tracking included).
Large Wall Art orders are delivered via a shipping courier (tracking included). Your artwork arriving safely and ready-to-hang is very important to us. Upon delivery, please inspect the shipment thoroughly before opening to make sure it has arrived safely. If the shipment incurred damage while in the courier’s possession, please document the damage with photographs for insurance purposes and contact Lindsey at lindsey@lpmosaics.com as soon as possible. More information is below on how we handle lost, damaged, or stolen items during shipping.
May I add “Signature Confirmation” to my package or shipment?
Yes, please email Lindsey at lindsey@lpmosaics.com prior to placing your order so that we may add the request.
How may I send a gift to someone?
During checkout, please ensure the recipient’s shipping address is correct, and if appropriate, different from your billing address, If you are sending a gift to someone and would prefer a printed invoice not be included in the package, please let us know via email, lindsey@lpmosaics.com, prior to placing you order.
Do you ship internationally?
Thank you for your interest! We would love to receive your business. We only ship within the continental United States, including Hawaii and Alaska; however, if you have a point of contact or shipping company within the United States that you would like us to send the artwork to for processing international shipping, including customs and excise taxes, please let us know.
Are the props used in product photographs included with my purchase?
No, props used in photographs with mosaic work are not included in an order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At checkout, the following forms of payment are accepted:

How do I care for my jewelry?

When will an item be back in stock?
Each design is an original artwork. If a specific item caught your eye but is no longer in stock, please keep checking back for newly added creations.
Lindsey’s gears are always turning when it comes to brainstorming designs, and as new works become available for purchase, similar designs and color schemes may reappear at times; however, no two will ever be exactly the same, which, is pretty awesome! You truly have a one-of-a-kind piece to “reflect and showcase your love of nature”.
How often is Wall Art added?
Lindsey is currently designing new work for sale. As small and large-scale wall art mosaics become available for purchase, we will feature them within the “Small Wall Art” and “Large Wall Art" links.
Do you accept commissions?
Thank you for your interest. We do not accept commissions; however, we strive to offer a variety of unique designs to suit many interests, occasions, and artistic preferences.
Can artwork be copied, reproduced, or shared?
Each piece of art by Lindsey Packingham (for sale, sold, unavailable, in production, and/or on exhitibit or display) is original, hand-designed merchandise. Copyrights and reproduction rights are reserved by the artist. Replication, in full or parts, in any manner, or photography of all her pieces are done only with approval and written permission of Lindsey Packingham.
What is your Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy?
Jewelry and Small Wall Art:
If you are not as excited with your Jewelry or Small Wall Art purchase as you had hoped, or if you have any concerns upon receiving your package, please notify Lindsey within 2 days of the delivery date to arrange a return and refund. No returns or refunds will be issued after the 2-day period. Original delivery date will be confirmed via your package’s USPS tracking number. Any damage incurred to Jewelry or Small Wall Art once in the buyer’s care is non-refundable.
After notifying Lindsey at lindsey@lpmosaics.com of desire to return an item, buyer must provide us with the return tracking number via email within 2 days, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Additionally, the item must be returned in all original packaging in the way it was received and including the artwork’s Certificate of Authenticity (applies to Small Wall Art and Large Wall Art only, not jewelry).
Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original form of payment, within 2 days of delivery. Please note that the credit to your account may take a few additional days to appear depending on your financial institution’s policies.
We apologize for any inconvenience; however, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to return a Jewelry or Small Wall Art order in order to purchase a different item, please follow the above instructions and details for submitting a return, and you may place a new website order for the new item you would like to purchase.
Large Wall Art:
If you have any concerns upon receiving your package, please notify Lindsey within 2 days of the delivery date to arrange a return and refund. No returns or refunds will be issued after the 2-day period. Original delivery date will be confirmed via your shipment’s tracking number. Any damage incurred to the art once in the buyer’s care is non-refundable.

My item was lost, damaged, or stolen during shipping. What should I do?
Jewelry and Small Wall Art:
If your Jewelry or Small Wall Art mosaic was lost, damaged, or stolen while in the care of USPS, don’t worry! Let’s work together.
Please notify us immediately if your package was lost, damaged, or stolen while in the care/custody of USPS. In the event that a USPS Insurance Claim needs to be filed, we will be happy to replace the original jewelry piece or Small Wall Art mosaic with a similar design and ship it to you within 1 week of the claim being filed, or if you prefer, we can issue a full refund, including your shipping costs, to your original form of payment.
Lindsey Packingham Mosaics is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs after USPS has delivered the package to the buyer’s appropriate address, unless proof is provided that it occurred while in USPS care/custody.
Large Wall Art:
If your Large Wall Art mosaic was lost, damaged, or stolen while in the care of a shipping courier, don’t worry! Let’s work together.
Please notify us immediately if your package was lost, damaged, or stolen while in the care/custody of its shipping courier. In the event that an Insurance Claim needs to be filed, we will be happy to replace the original Large Wall Art mosaic with a similar design, or if you prefer, we can issue a full refund, including your shipping costs, to your original form of payment.
Lindsey Packingham Mosaics is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs after the courier has delivered the package to the buyer’s appropriate address, unless proof is provided that it occurred while in the courier’s care/custody.
